    She has a superb attitude and it will do well for her. For myself, I find Transcendental Meditation is a huge help. It gives me strength and it seems to tune the body’s stress and immune responses – there is a literature on TM and metabolic syndrome – a type 2 precursor – maybe it could help with type 1 too? Richard
