These are FANTASTIC vitamins. I can really tell a difference if I forget to take them for a few days. I tried these after Olay quit making vitamins (I used to like the Olay Beauty and Wellness Vitamins in the black box). These seem to be ALMOST the same (same packaging, same format, etc.) and I find it curious that Olay and Naturemade have the same “parent” company. Whatever. As long as I get my vitamins

Has a box of these that had expired in 06,(not from Amazon) but took em anyhow. I have been honestly healthy and with the onset of h1n1 and regular flus and colds I figured I had better keep it up. They seemed to have worked previous to,so now they must be extra fantastic as these are more current. I recommend them even for a non-diabetic as all the vitamins your take will enhance your health and feelings of well being. The positive attitude is just as caring as the Vitamins. It is a excellent blend of Vitamins and doubtless don’t need any other suppliments. is sugar-free and Has Lutein for eye health too.

I normally can take a handful of pills at one time with no problems, but not so with these. There are two oblong shaped pills and four round ones. The round ones are so tiny they sometimes roll nearly in my mouth and it is a real chore to swallow them. I simply cannot take all six at one time, so I break them down into three sets of two. This works, but I sure wish it was one huge vitamin or a couple of vitamins.
That being said, I’m sure there’s a reason they are the way they are, and I can certainly tell a difference with taking them.
